Use of the app
DaySpend is a personal budgeting tool designed to help you track spending and understand what may be safe to spend today. You may use the app for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. DaySpend is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice; you are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Free and Plus features
DaySpend includes free budgeting features and may offer optional DaySpend Plus features. Plus can unlock additional planning tools such as unlimited active budgets, advanced local reminders, full-cycle forecasts, local insights, premium themes, widget styling, and cycle reports. Feature availability may vary by app version, storefront, and platform rules.
Your data
Budget and expense records you create in DaySpend are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining device backups if you want to preserve local data. DaySpend will not delete, hide, or lock your user-entered raw expense history to force an upgrade. Raw expense history and CSV export remain available to free users.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
DaySpend Plus may be offered through optional in-app purchases processed by Apple. Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store account settings. A lifetime unlock, if available, is a one-time non-consumable purchase for the lifetime of the app. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment details are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
You can use Restore Purchases in the app to ask Apple to restore a previous purchase. Plus access may end if a subscription expires, a purchase is refunded, or Apple revokes a transaction.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a separate agreement is required. You can review it at Apple's standard EULA.
Notifications
DaySpend reminders are optional local notifications. You can change reminder preferences in the app or in iOS settings. Notification delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on device settings, system behavior, and permissions.
Intellectual property
The DaySpend app, including its design, code, graphics, mascot, and content, is owned by DaySpend and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
DaySpend is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every financial situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DaySpend and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use ofDaySpend after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Termination
You may stop using DaySpend at any time by deleting the app from your device. Since budget data is stored locally, deleting the app may remove associated local data from your device unless preserved by your Apple backup or migration settings.
